Connecting Salesforce as an Action (Coming Soon)

Your sales and customer data lives in Salesforce. Your customers ask questions that require that data to answer properly. Right now those two things cannot connect during a conversation - someone has to look it up manually and relay it back.
A customer asks your agent about the status of their enterprise deal. Your agent does not know - that information is in Salesforce, and your agent cannot reach it. The conversation ends with "please contact your account manager." The customer sends an email. The account manager looks it up and replies. Three messages and a day of delay for something that could have been answered in the conversation.
Salesforce integration is coming soon to Outlearn. Once available, your agent will query that data in real time during the conversation and give the customer the answer they needed straight away.
What Your Agent Will Be Able to Do
Once this integration is live, your agent will be able to use Salesforce to:
- Look up customer records and account details
- Surface lead or opportunity information relevant to a conversation
- Update records based on what happens in a chat
