A customer contacts your agent at 8pm on a Friday. They were charged twice this month and want to know why. Your agent can explain your billing policy. It cannot look up their account in Stripe. It tells them someone will follow up on Monday. The customer leaves the conversation angry and starts a chargeback.
Stripe integration is coming soon to Outlearn. Once available, your agent will access the billing data in real time - look up the charge, explain what happened, and give the customer a real answer before they lose patience.
What Your Agent Will Be Able to Do
Once this integration is live, your agent will be able to use Stripe to:
- Look up subscription and billing details
- Surface invoice history and payment status
- Help users understand their current plan or charges
